Built from the ground up

When we began working with Storing years ago, they had a simple site with little functionality. Over time we’ve added more useful features that have helped make life easier for both the business and its customers.

Most recently, we built an automated, personalised quote system. Customers tap in their needs and receive a quick quote. The system then delivers the quote details to Storing’s bespoke CRM alerting the sales team to follow up. Outside of office hours, the quotes are also emailed to a third party company. This has helped save a huge amount of effort for the sales team and has seen leads increase at the same time.

Our journey alongside them has seen them continue to expand while still competing on price with the larger national self-storage chains.
