Every month we put your real customer questions to the major assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — and record what comes back.

Are you mentioned? For each tracked question, do you appear at all.

What’s said about you? Accurate? Current? Flattering? We flag anything wrong, because a confidently-stated error about your pricing or your services costs you business quietly and indefinitely.

Who’s being recommended instead? We track a named set of your competitors alongside you, so you can see who’s winning the answers and how that’s shifting month to month. It’s frequently not who you’d expect — assistants tend to favour the most legible business rather than the best one.

Where’s it coming from? Which pages, directories, reviews and third-party mentions the answers are drawing on — so you know what to fix, feed or claim.

What changed, and why. The value compounds. One month is a snapshot; six months tells you whether the work is landing and warns you when something slips.
