Built to be read.
Kept that way.
Schema and structured data, done thoroughly. Not the three properties a plugin adds by default. Full organisation, service, product, event, FAQ, review and location markup, validated and maintained. This is unglamorous, high-leverage work and it’s where most of the value sits.
Semantic, legible content. Pricing out of images and into text. Key information out of PDFs and onto pages. Headings that describe a hierarchy rather than a font size. Content that answers a question completely, in one place, without requiring five clicks.
Interaction structure. Forms, filters, booking flows and checkouts that an agent can complete without guessing. Substantially the same work as good accessibility — which means it pays off twice.
WebMCP, where it earns its place. If your site does something an agent should be able to do rather than just read — book, quote, check availability, search a catalogue — we can expose it properly through WebMCP. It’s early, it’s an origin trial, and it isn’t right for a brochure site. We’ll tell you plainly whether you’re in that group.
A considered crawler policy. Which AI systems get access to what. There’s a real decision here about being quotable versus being scraped, and it deserves more thought than a copied-and-pasted robots.txt.
And yes, llms.txt. It takes ten minutes and Lighthouse looks for it. We’ll also tell you honestly that the evidence for it doing anything else is weak — 97% of them are never requested by an AI system at all. It’s a box to tick, not a strategy.
From £150 + VAT per month. Ongoing implementation and maintenance — because standards drift, your content changes, and markup rots quietly.
For existing Supercharge Your Site clients this folds into your plan rather than sitting alongside it. Everyone else: we’d usually start with the Agent Readiness Audit so we’re both working from evidence.
We do this white-label too. If you’re advising clients on AI visibility and need someone to implement it properly, that’s Your Development Partner.
